Membership and Access to the Website

Membership to the Website is only open to authorized IRISS CHANNEL partners such as distributors, integrators, resellers and/or OEM’s who are located in the respective regions where IRISS is represented, sold and who purchase IRISS products (hereinafter referred to as “CHANNEL Partner(s)”). IRISS

You can register as a member of the Website by completing the registration pages and submitting your application through the Website. You are responsible for ensuring that all information that you provide is accurate and up to date at the time of submission. All applications will be subject to review and approval by IRISS and such approval may be withheld by IRISS in its sole and absolute discretion.

If IRISS approves an application for membership, it shall provide each successful applicant applicable access which shall be used to log into the Website. CHANNEL Partners represent and warrant that they shall keep all user IDs and passwords secure and shall not disclose them to third parties. CHANNEL Partners shall be responsible and liable for all use of its account whether authorized or unauthorized.. CHANNEL Partners may not use its user ID or password for any purpose connected with improper use of its account and shall ensure that any employees with access to same shall cease such use upon ceasing to be CHANNEL Partner employees. If a CHANNEL Partner user loses or suspects that its username and/or password may have been compromised then it must immediately contact IRISS. We have the right to disable any user ID or user password, at any time, if in our opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these Conditions.

You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary for you to have access to our Website. You are also responsible for ensuring that all individual users who access our Website through your CHANNEL Partner user ID or organizational name are aware of these terms, and that they comply with them.

Access to the Website is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on our Website without notice. We reserve the right to alter, delete, adapt, take down or in any other way amend the whole or any part of this Website at any time and without notice.
